With 20+ years of experience in the cosmetics industry, my entire career has been focused on Beauty. Within an ever changing industry, it has become necessary for all aspects of the manufacturing process to evolve. This is especially true in terms of industrialization and quality control.
The need for reliable and real time feedback during the initial product development stages, coupled with a solid on site representation to supervise pilot products and line trials are crucial to the launch and commercial success of a product on the global market.
